26 braingym movements workshop for parents and teachers in Johor Bahru

A one day braingym workshop happened in Johor Bahru on 16 June 2010.
The response is overwhelming. Nearly 20 participants registered. Parents and teachers were introduced to the basic movements of braingym and the benefits of braingym were stated. Participants had a chance to experience the pre and post experience after the braingym movements. Basically, braingym is not a therapeutic tool but a educational tool. The movements helps to draw out one's potentials by relaxing muscle and deep breathing. It is helpful especially when we are under stress. Stress do nothing good to us but affect our thinking and tensed up our muscle. Tensed muscle can caused muscle pain and thus worsen our daily functions and may even disturb our emotions and lead to bad choice making.
